ORAL PRESENTERS

Registration: A registration form is available here. The registration deadline for presenters is September 15th to ensure participation and scheduling. Your prompt registration is appreciated. Please plan to attend the meeting and present in person, except for extenuating circumstances. Please contact the organizers if you are not able to attend.

Presentation details: Check the program for the length of your presentation. You can use the Titles or Participants tabs, and search your name, to find your presentation. All sessions, except for Integrating NAMs for Better Application, have extra time set aside for questions and discussion. Presenters in this session should leave a couple of minutes for discussion (i.e., present for 17-18 minutes). Other session presentations are either 20 or 30 minutes, and can take the full time listed in the program.

Please prepare your presentation in Microsoft powerpoint landscape mode. You may bring a copy of your slides or email them to [email protected] at least 1 day in advance of your presentation.

FLASH POSTER PRESENTERS

Registration: A registration form is available here. The registration deadline for presenters is September 15th to ensure participation and scheduling. Your prompt registration is appreciated. Please plan to attend the meeting and present in person, except for extenuating circumstances. Please contact the organizers if you are not able to attend.

Presentation details: Flash poster presenters are invited to present two items: a 3-minute oral flash presentation and a printed, traditional poster.

Flash presentation: Monday, October 23, 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM. The aim of this session is to highlight your work and entice attendees to visit your poster board. We recommend 2-3 Powerpoint slides.  You will be limited to exactly 3 minutes. A suggested template can also be downloaded in pdf or pptx format. Please email a copy of your Powerpoint slides to [email protected] by October 20.

Poster board session: You will be assigned to one of three poster sessions to attend your physical poster once the final poster deadline (September 1) is passed. Posters can be displayed for the entire meeting. The poster board dimensions will be 4' h x 8' w; your poster should be able to fit into this space.

Optional poster drop-off service: For your convenience, we have arranged for free shipping directly to the conference of any posters printed through PhD Posters. To pick up your poster at registration, please arrange to have it printed though PhD Posters using this link by October 20th (for regular prices) or October 21st (for rush prices): https://www.phdposters.com/event/163/american-society-for-cellular-and-computational-toxicology.
